Why Should You Care?

You probably shouldn’t.

Heck, sometimes I’m not sure I care.  What purpose does it serve to put all these photographs on display.

I suppose it serves to boost my ego but, really, does my ego need to be any bigger?  (Note – those of you who wish to comment on that should go immediately to the “Comments” section at the bottom of the page.   All negative thoughts will be immediately dismissed as irrelevant.)

So why do this?

I thoroughly enjoy taking photographs – some of them I think are pretty good.  At least that’s what I’ve been told.  But, then again, who is going to come up to you and say, “Hey, your work is crap”?  Usually, if someone doesn’t like something and wants to avoid embarrassment, resorts to, “Hey, not bad!”   (Really?  You can’t tell me it’s goos so the best you can do is “not bad”?)  Pretty low bar if you ask me.).  So, who knows if my work is any good.

But, I like it and I want to put it out there for others to enjoy, should they so desire.

And feel free to comment and should you feel it is necessary, tell me my work is crap.

It won’t bother me . . .
